We offer a full range of design options engineered to fit your needs. Our crates are made from the best quality materials available. Some of these products include mixed hardwoods, Top Grade Plywood & OSB Sheathing, and composite board, but we can use other lumber types if needed.

Our custom crates offer a tailored solution for your product. They can include various features like access compartments, ladders, steel handles, hinges, eye bolts for tie-downs, or any type of packaging supplies. We can also build crates with floating decks, rigid foam, shock absorption, and VCI Paper & film to inhibit corrosion.

ISPM-15 Heat Treatment

ISPM-15 Heat Treatment is an eco-friendly and residue-free process. The wood packaging materials are heated to a core temperature of 132.8°F (56°C) for a minimum of 30 minutes to kill pests at all life stages. This cost-effective process prevents the spread of invasive pests from one country to another.

SIM Pack is a certified facility with an in-house ISPM-15 Heat Treatment chamber that meets the requirements needed for global shipping.
